This page describes the general terms for submitting requests, calculating costs, ordering natural stone, products, delivery, payment, cancellation and returns. These terms apply to requests and orders made through kievstone.com.ua, by phone, email, messengers or other communication channels with KievStone.

Before placing an order, the user should carefully read the terms on this page and clarify current information with a company representative regarding material availability, batch, sizes, surface finish, cost, production time, delivery and other important details. Natural stone has natural features, so final order parameters are always agreed before payment or work starts.

1. General provisions

The Public Offer and Order Terms define the interaction between the website user and KievStone when requesting consultation, cost calculation, natural stone selection, order placement, delivery, return or production of custom stone products. By submitting a request or continuing communication with the company, the user confirms that they have read these terms.

Information on the website, including product descriptions, photos, prices, characteristics and application examples, is informational. It helps the user choose a direction, but does not replace individual confirmation of a specific material, batch and order terms. Exact purchase terms are fixed after the request is confirmed by a KievStone representative.

2. Submitting a request

The user may submit a request through a website form, call, write by email, use a messenger or another available contact method. It is recommended to include name, phone number, city, selected material, approximate volume, purpose of the stone, preferred format, timing and additional wishes.

After receiving the request, a KievStone representative may contact the user to clarify the details. At this stage, the material, availability, estimated cost, format, thickness, surface finish, delivery terms, need for custom production and other parameters are agreed. Until these details are confirmed, the request is considered preliminary and not a finalized order.

3. Cost calculation

The cost of natural stone, tiles, products, delivery or additional services is calculated individually. The price may depend on stone type, batch, format, thickness, surface finish, volume, production complexity, cutting, packaging, delivery, unloading and other order parameters.

A preliminary price shown on the website or provided during consultation may change after clarifying dimensions, quantity, batch, delivery terms or additional requirements. The final cost is considered agreed after confirmation by both the company representative and the customer.

4. Payment

Payment terms are agreed individually with a KievStone representative before order fulfillment, material shipment or custom product production starts. Depending on the order type, prepayment, full payment, partial payment or another agreed payment procedure may be required.

If the order involves custom production, non-standard size, special finish or batch reservation, the company may request prepayment before work begins. Payment confirms the customer’s agreement with the approved order parameters unless otherwise agreed separately by the parties.

5. Product availability and natural stone features

Product availability, batch, shade, size and required quantity must be clarified before placing an order. Natural stone may differ in pattern, texture, tone, thickness, structure and natural inclusions. Such differences are natural features of the material and are not always considered defects.

Photos on the website provide a general impression of the material, but may not fully show the real shade, relief, pattern scale or specific batch features. Before a large order, it is recommended to confirm samples, additional photos or batch parameters, especially if the material is needed for a facade, floor, countertop, stairs or large cladding area.

6. Custom products and individual orders

If the order involves custom stone products, the parties additionally agree on dimensions, thickness, shape, edge processing, holes, cutouts, surface, pattern, timing and other technical parameters. Such orders require more precise confirmation because changing parameters after production starts may be difficult or impossible.

Individual products made according to agreed dimensions or special customer requirements may have separate cancellation, return and payment terms. Before work starts, the customer should check the agreed details and confirm that the order parameters match the task.

7. Delivery, pickup and product acceptance

Delivery terms, timing, cost, transportation method, address, unloading and other logistics details are agreed separately. Delivery and return information is provided on the Delivery page. The customer should provide a correct address, contact phone number and product acceptance conditions in advance.

Upon receiving the goods, the customer should check quantity, packaging integrity, visible damage and compliance with the main agreed parameters. If damage or discrepancies are found, the customer should inform a KievStone representative as soon as possible and, if possible, record the issue with photos or video.

8. Order cancellation and returns

Order cancellation is possible before shipment, batch reservation, custom production start or other agreed actions, unless otherwise agreed separately. If the order has already been transferred to work, delivery or production, cancellation terms depend on the stage of fulfillment and actually incurred costs.

Returns are possible subject to the conditions specified on the delivery and return page and considering the nature of the product. Custom products, cut materials, specially finished items or goods made to the customer’s specific dimensions may have return limitations. 9. Personal data

When submitting a request or placing an order, the user may provide contact data necessary for communication, cost calculation, delivery and purchase support. Such data processing is regulated by the Privacy Policy page.

The user should provide accurate and up-to-date data. If contact information is incorrect, KievStone is not responsible for inability to contact the customer, delayed request processing, delivery error or other consequences caused by incorrect data.
